We had a very different sort of meeting yesterday.
It was a delight to have Rachel with us.
It was a good chance for Rachel to meet everybody who was present, some she knew from the Zoom Sunday Services. We would all like to tell Rector how we are appreciating these services.
Rachel told us about herself, about her family, her job ,and why she had trained as a Reader.
She talked to everybody who was present, and found out about them and their association with the church.
Rachel asked us about things we would like to see incorporated in Zoom services in the future.
We spent time talking about Mothering Sunday. Rachel had plans, and wondered if we could offer help to carry them out – several people went away with missions to carry out.

We are looking for Easter eggs, they would appreciate them at Oasis. St Philips and St James’s have £20.00 for eggs which will be delivered for Lesley to take to Oasis. They would also be grateful for any tinned or dry food. Food parcels are very important at the moment.
