Faculty Notice

NOTICE IS GIVEN that we are applying to the Consistory Court of the diocese for permission to carry
out the following:

Refurbishment of the parish hall and school house including:

• Structural repairs, re-roofing, repointing and replacement of eroded step stone
• Construction of extension to the south west elevation of the existing toilet block, to house accessible toilets. Conversion of the existing toilet block into lobby space, new entrance and storeroom. Installation of glazed double door with canopy to south elevation.
• Levelling of floor levels throughout the building (excluding the 17th century block.)
• Modification of the landscape to the east and south of the building to provide level and improved access from outside into the building
• Installation of handrail to 17th century block’s external stairs. Installation of new handrail to external ramp to the south elevation and steps.
  
  All in accordance with:
