If you would like a new entry in St Marys Book of Remembrance, please provide the name of the person to be added, the date of their Birth and their Death, nothing more will be added. Please PRINT as clearly as possible the exact spelling of their name as you want it to appear, your own name and a contact phone number or email. Lynn can then contact you if she has any query.
