The Annual meeting of St Marys takes place in the Parish Hall on Sunday May 22nd at 11am, after our Church service. The Parish Hall is located next to the entrance gate of the Church.
The annual meeting comprises of:
- The Annual meeting of parishioners, to elect Churchwardens. Any Parishioner can attend.
- The Annual Parochial church meeting (the PCC), where new members of the PCC are elected and officers of the Church are appointed.
- The Parish Vacancy, to discuss the process of finding a new Rector for St Marys.
